These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 786brt ("786brt", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 786brt website at https://786brt.app and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 786brt platform.

786brt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 786brt will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an on-site notice. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 786brt.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" — a registered player account on the 786brt platform associated with a unique username, password, and BDT wallet.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a player's 786brt BDT wallet at any given time, including real money and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by 786brt subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency used on the 786brt platform.
• "Games" — all casino, slot, live dealer, virtual sports, and e-sports products available on the 786brt platform.
• "Services" — the full suite of products, features, and functionality offered via https://786brt.app.
• "Prohibited User" — any person who is under 18 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where use of 786brt is unlawful, or otherwise ineligible to hold a 786brt account under these Terms.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. English is the authoritative language of this document. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between this English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a 786brt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual and not on behalf of a business, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1.1 of these Terms.
• You must not currently hold another active 786brt account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing 786brt for personal entertainment purposes only, and not in a professional capacity or on behalf of any other person.

2.2 Registration Process

To create a 786brt account, you must complete the registration form at https://786brt.app/786brt-login, providing a valid and unique email address, a chosen username, a strong password, and your date of birth. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy as part of the registration process.

Upon submission of your registration, 786brt will send a verification email to the address provided. You must verify your email address before making your first deposit. Failure to verify your email within 30 days of registration may result in your account being deactivated.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

786brt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad registered mobile number).

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 786brt will endeavour to process verification requests within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Accounts that fail to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live in-play betting, virtual sports betting, and e-sports betting conducted through the 786brt platform. Casino game rules are governed separately by the rules of the individual game and the policies of the relevant game provider.

4.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on 786brt are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections — including match, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. 786brt does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in circumstances described in Section 4.3 (Void Bets).

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by sport, market type, event, and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 786brt reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any player or market at its sole discretion.

4.2 Odds and Markets

Odds offered on 786brt are determined by our trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. In the event of an obvious pricing error, 786brt reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's BDT wallet.

786brt offers a wide range of betting markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, virtual sports, and e-sports. Market availability is subject to change and 786brt does not guarantee that any specific market will be available for any specific event.

4.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error by 786brt.
• The event result cannot be verified by 786brt's official data provider.
• A material change to the conditions of the event occurs prior to the start (e.g., venue change, team format change) that was not reflected in the original odds.

4.4 Suspicious Activity and Integrity

786brt operates a zero-tolerance policy towards match fixing, corruption, and any form of betting fraud. If 786brt has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is involved in or benefiting from any form of match fixing, irregular betting patterns, or collusion with other parties, 786brt reserves the right to void the relevant bets, withhold winnings, and permanently close the account pending investigation. Such matters may be reported to relevant authorities.

By registering and using the 786brt platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, and with the conduct rules set out in these Terms. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent closure of your 786brt account.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786brt platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of your engagement with 786brt.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the 786brt platform or its associated systems.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the 786brt platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your 786brt account.
• Registering using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

6.2 Communication Standards

Players interacting with 786brt's customer support team or any community features of the platform are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communications directed at 786brt staff or other players will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension.

6.3 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 786brt account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and communications sent. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 786brt immediately at [email protected]. 786brt cannot be held liable for losses incurred due to unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate account security.

6.4 Tax Obligations

786brt does not deduct, withhold, or report taxes on player winnings on behalf of any player. You are solely responsible for determining whether your winnings from 786brt are subject to taxation under the laws of your jurisdiction and for fulfilling any applicable tax obligations. 786brt recommends consulting a qualified tax advisor if you are uncertain about your obligations.

6.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the 786brt platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, software, and game content, is the property of 786brt or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 786brt platform without prior written permission.

6.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786brt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. 786brt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident.

7.1 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 786brt will send an email notification to the registered email address prior to taking any action on an inactive account. Following the notification period, inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Where the balance is zero, the account may be archived. Reactivation is available by contacting 786brt support and completing re-verification.

7.2 Data Retention After Closure

Following account closure, 786brt will retain player data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Transaction records, KYC documents, and account activity logs may be retained for up to 7 years following closure for regulatory, legal, and audit purposes. Retained data will not be used for marketing purposes following account closure.

786brt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players. The following provisions are integral to these Terms and must be read carefully by all players.

8.1 Age Restriction

786brt strictly enforces an 18+ age restriction across all products and services. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. 786brt uses KYC verification as a primary mechanism for age verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting 786brt support. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be fully locked and the player will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or place bets. 786brt will also suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players.

Requests to reverse a temporary self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will not be accepted. Permanent self-exclusions may only be reversed after a minimum period of 5 years has passed and only after the player has completed a formal review process with the 786brt responsible gaming team.

8.3 Deposit and Spending Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits from their account settings panel at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to prevent impulsive decisions during active play sessions. 786brt support can apply limits on behalf of players upon request.

8.4 Reality Checks and Session Limits

Players may configure on-screen session time reminders that trigger after a set period of continuous play. These reminders display the total time played and total amount staked during the session, allowing players to make informed decisions about continuing. Session time limits that automatically log out the player after a defined period are also available upon request from the support team.
